Office remains open on all days except Sunday and holidays.
PTM : Parent Teacher Meetings held as follows :
For classes Blossoms, LKG, SKG –I,II,III and IV - First Saturday of the month
Attendance at PTM's is mandatory for all Parents .
The school gate will be closed at 8:30 am and no entry will be allowed after that.

All the students from Blossoms to class XII are required to wear the following school uniform :-

Incharge :

10.00hrs – 11.00hrs on all working days

Faculty :

To meet teachers on other than PTM days , a parent must seek prior appointment . Meeting hours will be as follows:

Classes I-IV :

between 02:00 hrs--- 02:30 hrs

Pre Primary classes :

between 01:00 hrs - 02:00hrs

Other Queries:

10:00 hrs to 11:00 hrs


Rules for Visitors :


• Visitors must make an entry in the visitors diary at the gate, collect Visitors card and slips and report directly to the Reception first.
• Parents are strictly forbidden from entering class rooms other than on PTM days.
• Visitors are advised to switch off their cell phones before entering any office

For students : :

School expects all Vishwa Bharatians to :
• Be punctual and regular
• Abide by school rules at all times
• Be courteous and respectful towards teachers and all support staff
• Maintain highest degree of discipline at all times
• Come to school immaculately dressed in full school uniform on all working days
• Be smartly turned out with proper hair cut and neatly laundered uniform
• Enthusiastically participate in all school activities
• Be morally up-righteous, honest and obedient
• Be polite, respectful, helpful, caring, compassionate towards juniors and peer group
• Exhibit civic manners

School strictly prohibits the following :

• Carrying any electronic gadgets such as mobiles cameras, MP-3’s , I-pods etc
• Consuming alcohol, drugs or smoking
• Driving to school on motorized vehicles ( four and two wheelers)
• Wearing jewellery, make up of any kind
• Cash transactions of any kind ( lending ,borrowing of money)
• Use of abusive / foul / threatening language/violence or aggression of any kind
• Objectionable / remarks which tantamount to discrimination on the basis of sex, colour, race or community
• Damage to school property including school transport
• Missing classes without permission.
• Indulging in acts of dishonesty such as stealing, cheating, telling lies
• Leaving school premises without valid out pass or permission
Parental Assistance
Parents can help school by ensuring that they ….
• Comply with all school rules
• Clear school dues on time
• inculcate habits of punctuality and regularity to school
• Send their wards in neat and tidy uniform
• Check their wards diary each day
• Remain updated with latest information about school by logging on to the website on a regular basis
• Inform school promptly about any change in address, tele. and mobile numbers
• Encourage their wards to actively participate in all school programmes
• Work alongside their ward to support classroom teaching by ensuring that the child does his work regularly
• To attend all PTM’s regularly
• Help with class excursions
• Pitch in for substitutions/adhoc/leave vacancies
• Lend support in making/sponsoring costumes and props for cultural programs
• Help prepare teaching aids
• Arranging experts and resource persons to enhance classroom teaching learning
• Support social and community services
• Help in fund raising activities
A request to all Parents
To enable school to provide greater safety and security of their wards parents are advised to refrain from the following :
• Disturbing school functioning by entering classrooms to meet their wards or teachers
• Requesting either the guard or receptionist to deliver tiffin or any other material to their wards in the classes.
• Taking half day leaves for their wards on flimsy grounds
• Sending their wards to school when suffering from any infectious ailment/disease
• Allowing their wards to come to school on self driven motor cycles, scooters or cars.
• Giving excess money to their wards
• Allowing their wards to carry expensive electronic gadgets such as cameras, mobiles, I pods etc or wear

jewellery of any kind.
• Giving gifts or bribes to any school staff.
• Using rude /abusive language or aggression of any sort with the staff on duty
• Sending their wards in overcrowded vans, auto-rickshaws and cycle rickshaws or without getting details verified

Parents are important stake holders in the process of education of a child. Their active involvement and interest is crucial to the success of their child.
