Evaluation Policy

PRE-PRIMARY SECTION (LKG & SKG)

Continuous assessment of the progress and development of the child is conducted through out the year by means of observation, interaction and specially designed skill books. The assessment is done on the basis of emotional , social and cognitive development. The child’s gross motor ,fine muscle co-ordination and language development is gauged in all its parameters.

LOWER PRIMARY (I TO III)

The assessment of students is conducted throughout the year by means of observation, interaction and specially designed worksheets. The assessment includes emotional, social and academic performance of the students. No formal testing schedules are followed.

UPPER PRIMARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL (IV & V)

Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation Pattern (CCE) introduced by CBSE is followed. There are two Formative assessments and one summative assessment per term. In addition to these pen and paper tests the students are evaluated on their class assignments, home assignments, activities and project work. The students are also assessed on their co-scholastic areas and life skills.
